Hopkinsville Quarry – Rogers Group Inc – Hopkinsville, KY

Starting pay will be set at $32 per hour. This includes a $27 per hour base and a $5 per hour shift differential.

Full Time Night Shift: 2:30 PM - 1 AM

Rogers Group is seeking a night shift Maintenance Lead for our surface operation located in Hopkinsville, KY

• Lead a crew of 3-4 safely and effectively.
• Identify and correct safety and production issues.
• Routine equipment/plant maintenance and repair.
• Operating various production equipment including fixed and mobile.
• Involved with plant improvement projects.
• Inspect, perform, and document daily repairs and maintenance on plant as needed.
• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
• Minimum of 2 years industrial or similar maintenance experience is required.
• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work on elevated platforms as required by the job.
• Experience welding, cutting, and fabrication is required.
• Experience leading a crew in safe work practices.
