• Operating and maintaining a range of CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Using precision measurement tools to ensure components meet exact specifications.
• Troubleshooting issues with tools and machines, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Grinding, welding, and carrying out other tooling operations as required.
• Collaborating with other team members to improve production processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Providing training and guidance to less experienced team members.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tooling Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine operation, with the ability to program, set up, and operate a range of machines.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving issues with tools and machines.
• Experience in grinding and welding operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant guidelines and procedures.
