Starting pay for this position will be $25.00/hr
. Overall pay will be determined based on the candidate’s experience level and skill set.

Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced LOADER OPERATOR for our asphalt operation located in HOPKINSVILLE, KY

• Learning and understanding our safety culture and implementing all of Rogers Group’s safety principles without compromise
• Manage plant operations
• Plant maintenance and clean up
• Operate loader to load feed hopper to plant.
• Operate loader when needed and feed crushing circuit.
• Operate articulated haul truck to stockpile material.
• May be called upon at the discretion of the supervisor in charge to perform any other duties assigned and/or to assist with other areas as necessary

• High School Diploma or GED required
• General mechanical knowledge
• Ability to maintain safe working conditions
• Self-starter/ ability to work without close supervision
• Previous experience working in mining environment preferred
• Basic welding skills preferred, but not required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays
