Opportunity Details: FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER OPPORTUNITY in Hopkinsville, KY at Cumberland Hall Hospital, a 97 bed psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents, adults, and military families. Services include mental health, substance abuse and detox treatment. Our new 79,000 square foot facility is part of UHS' Patriot Support Program.
Responsibilities- W2 Employed position
- Conduct History & Physicals, Medical Consults
- In-Patient Setting, On-site service
- 2-3 hours/day - 7 days per week OR could consider 2 providers sharing this position
- AANP B/C
- Kentucky License or ability to obtain
