This integral role involves providing high-quality psychotherapy and comprehensive social services to clients and their families, with particular emphasis on treatment implementation and discharge planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all relevant regulations and standards governing social services.
As a BHU Social Worker at Jennie Stuart Health, you will serve as the primary point of contact for discharge planning, working collaboratively with the Treatment Team to ensure seamless transitions for clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough interviews with clients and their families to obtain comprehensive social histories and pertinent data for treatment and discharge planning.
