Practice Overview This full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care position offers a balanced blend of inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive, physician-led environment focused on quality not volume.

• Inpatient volume: 3 5 patients per day
  
  • Outpatient clinic: patients per day
  
  • Appointment lengths:
  o New patients: 30 minutes
  o Established patients: 15 minutes
  
  • Modern facilities with strong specialty and hospital support
  
  • Emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care without burnout

Call Responsibilities

• Consult-based call model
  
  • New patient consults: approximately 2 4 per day
  • Nighttime call requiring onsite presence: approximately 1x per month

Special Skills (Preferred / Negotiable)

• EBUS experience preferred
  
  • Robotic bronchoscopy experience a plus (available once equipment is in place)
  
  • Willingness to train or expand skill set supported

Compensation & Incentives

• $550,000 guaranteed first-year salary
  • $75,000 sign-on bonus with 5-year contract
  
  • Up to $20,000 quality incentive bonus
  • $15,000 relocation allowance
  
  • Fellowship stipend: $2,000/month for 24 months
  • $3,500 CME allowance
