• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services
• Inspect vehicle undercarriages, belts, hoses, and filters for wear or potential issues
• Assist technicians with diagnostic procedures and minor repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service and vehicle conditions
• Ensure workstations and tools are clean, organized, and in safe working condition
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Pennyrile Ford with professionalism

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
• Previous lube or general technician experience preferred, but not required
