• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Observe and follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other technicians
• Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs and recommend additional services as necessary
• Communicate vehicle's maintenance needs and provide basic information on recommended services
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job
• Keep work area clean and organized, including disposing of used materials properly
• Assist in maintaining equipment and tools in good working order
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training

• Ability to work as part of a team, with good communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility
• Experience in shop or dealership automotive environment with a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid drivers license
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Basic mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts, up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced, and busy environment
