In this role, you will support our clients and staff by greeting visitors, handling phone and email inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front‑desk area.

  • Sales/marketing experience

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences.
  • Help ensure all client needs have been met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer‑service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency; ability to use Microsoft Office.
