Purpose
Provide advanced repair, troubleshooting, and systems support for facility equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair appliances (washer/dryer, HVAC filters, kennel equipment)
- Assist with basic plumbing or electrical issues (non‑licensed tasks only)
- Coordinate with professional contractors for larger repairs
- Support staff with more complex facility needs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with household appliances or facility systems
Flexible, approximately 2–8 hours per month
