Part Time Sales Lead

We are looking for a Sales Lead who will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates, playing a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences in‑store.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Masterful time‑management, setting priorities and delegating tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible to a work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
