We are hiring a Senior
Financial Analyst to support our Commercial Accounts Channels in either Marshall, MN or Hopkins, MN
. We're looking for someone who is great at analyzing problems, staying organized, and working both independently and as part of a team. If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out and can manage your own tasks while also collaborating with others, you might be a great fit for this role.
- Work with our Channel leadership team focused on full P&L delivery
- Work with internal business units to understand Logistics and Manufacturing to launch new products
- Engage with pricing partners on current and new products
- Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Review monthly income statements, own a portion of the budget with stakeholders
- Provide data and analysis for internal stakeholders as needed
- Perform additional analysis duties across the P&L, including month‑end closes and ad hoc reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting-focused role
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting policies, procedures, programs, and processes, ERP experience
- Basic skills in the development of financial ratios and comparative analysis
- Possession of analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- MS Office Suite experience, including Excel
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
