Overview
Rainbow Treecare (a division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support our team. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST during our busy season (approximately February through October), with the potential to transition to a year-round role. You should excel at customer service, work well in a team environment, and be driven to succeed.
WhatYou Will Do
- Responds promptly to all client questions by phone, email, and text
- Schedules consultations for customers as needed
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Handles customer escalations with the support of the Customer Service Lead
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Proficient in using phone software and headset
- Preferred Qualifications:
B.A. or equivalent - 3+ years customer service experience
- Experience in tree care, lawn care, or related fields
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
