CHILDCARE AIDE position at New Horizon Academy in the Float classroom. Compensation: $15.75 - $16.80/Hour

All Applicants MUST be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday. A positive work ethic, team-centered attitude, and willingness to learn and grow as an educator are essential. Prior childcare experience is preferred, but not required.

• Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.

• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, and to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
