We are hiring an early career Benefits Analyst in our Hopkins, MN office or Marshall, MN office who will play a key role in managing and optimizing health and wellness programs for the organization. This position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of company’s U.S. employee benefits with a strong focus on wellbeing initiatives. The role serves as a subject matter expert with responsibility for vendor management, compliance, benchmarking, and program evaluation to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings.

Position will also include administration of the company’s U.S. retirement programs.

What You Will Do:
  • Plan Oversight: Provide analytical and administrative support for benefit plan activities, including both health & retirement plans. Work closely with HR Ops function to support all benefit related activities.
  • Wellbeing Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of employee wellbeing programs, including physical, mental, and financial wellness initiatives.
  • Payment Integrity: Work with various third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Compliance / Audit: Ensure benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations; assist with audits and reporting requirements.
  • Benchmarking: Partner with external consultants and partners to coordinate market analysis and benchmarking to assess competitiveness of health and wellness offerings.
  • Implementation: Lead and assist in the rollout of new benefits programs, including communication, training, and system updates.
  • RFP / RFI Management: Coordinate Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information for health and wellness vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost efficiency.
What We Look For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration with a focus on health and wellness programs.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and RFP/RFI processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS and reporting systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP). Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
What We Offer:

The national base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
