Meditech | Monitoring: GE bedside monitors

• Day: 3–5 RNs + 1 Unit Secretary
• Night: 3–5 RNs

Ratios: 2:1 (surge up to 1:3)

• ICU nursing experience
• Care of critically ill patients
• Rhythm interpretation and timely escalation
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS

• Ventilator care
• Assist with intubation & bronchoscopy
• SLED
• TEE & cardioversions

• PCU
• Telemetry
• ER only to hold patients (not primary ER patients)

• Every other weekend
• No call

• Black pants with Black or Caribbean Blue tops
