Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong cardiac background and previous experience in Telemetry or Step-Down/PCU settings. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care for patients, including monitoring vital signs, managing patient responses, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities- Monitor telemetry readings and respond to alarms and changes in patient status.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Conduct line placements and assist with dialysis as needed.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Document all patient care in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Telemetry experience is a must.
- PCU or SD experience preferred.
