Day: 3–5 RNs + 1 Unit Secretary Night: 3–5 RNs Ratios: 2:1 (surge up to 1:3) Requirements (Must Have): ICU nursing experience Care of critically ill patients Rhythm interpretation and timely escalation
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS Procedures/
Skills:
Ventilator care Assist with intubation & bronchoscopy SLED TEE & cardioversions Floating: PCU, Telemetry ER only to hold patients (not primary ER patients)
Schedule:
Every other weekend No call Dress Code:
