Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night ICU position requiring a VA or compact license, ACLS, BLS, and recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU/CCU) of a hospital
- Night shifts from 7:00PM to 7:00AM
- 13-week assignment
- Care for critically ill adult patients
- Provide high-acuity care to adult patients in a critical care environment
- References required: two for Florida and Missouri candidates, one for all other states
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
- Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- Not open to local candidates; must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
