Job Description
The ICU Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, observing and interpreting heart rhythms, and assisting with complex procedures. Teamwork and adaptability are crucial in this role, along with a positive attitude to handle the dynamic environment of critical care.

Responsibilities

Care for high acuity patients, including those on ventilators.

Assist with intubation and bronchoscopy at bedside.

Perform SLED, TEE, and Cardioversions as required.

Monitor rhythm strips and recognize changes, escalating to physicians as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ICU nursing experience is essential.

Certifications:

ACLS and BLS required.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills.
