Job SummaryVivian Concierge is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in our Psychiatric Unit. The RN coordinates care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and serves as an advocate for patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s) and document care in the patient medical record.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs and resolving them proactively.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic treatment plan that supports recovery.
- Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to ensure continuity of care for specialized patient groups.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license in Virginia or a valid multistate compact license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
