Currently offering sign on bonus of up to $10k

Registered Nurses coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers

Uri together, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
  • Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. StrТа strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
  • Teaches patients/families/caregivers about non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and'i families/caregivers for future-su Management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Current RN VA license or has a compact multistate license.
  • Required 1 year of experience in the Emergency Room.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
