Overview

Hidden Roots Mental Health, LLC is dedicated to helping individuals achieve wholeness and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based practices.

The Clinician plays a critical role in conducting assessments, including SRA and CSRA evaluations, and ensuring accurate documentation. They will provide field supervision and monthly training for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) while addressing clinical concerns within the team. The Clinician will oversee quality assurance, program supervision, and lead program expansions or adjustments as needed. They will manage equipment availability, serve as the Risk Manager, and collect data for DBHDS quarterly reporting.

Additionally, the Clinician will coordinate assessments and service delivery, develop program policies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Scope of work
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including SRA and CSRA evaluations.
  • Review and document assessments, progress notes, and findings.
  • Provide field supervision and monthly training for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs).
  • Address clinical concerns and collaborate with team members.
  • Oversee quality assurance and programmatic supervision for staff.
  • Lead program expansions or modifications as necessary.
  • Ensure staff have the required equipment and supplies.
  • Serve as Risk Manager, collecting and evaluating data for quarterly DBHDS reporting.
  • Coordinate assessments and service delivery through chart systems.
  • Develop and implement program policies in compliance with regulatory standards.
What we are looking for
  • Strong understanding of community-based mental health services and casework documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in mental illness, therapeutic interventions, and available community resources.
  • Ability to apply clinical supervision to improve service delivery.
  • Certification in CPR & First Aid, along with behavioral management training.
  • Must have a Master s degree in a human services-related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling) and eligibility for LMHP licensure.
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory and managerial experience.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a valid driver s license with a clean DMV record.
What we offer
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
  • Willing to work part time in a hybrid setup.

Note:

6 hour cap per assessment, 3-4 hour max per supervisee per month QMHP must meet with supervisors 1-3x a month
