The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the patient’s therapeutic care process. Responsibilities include evaluating, developing care plans, directing therapy, instructing caregivers, and coordinating caseloads.

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within scope of practice.
• Assess therapeutic status and develop plan of care.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care to achieve patient goals.
• Instruct patient/family/caregiver in therapies, exercises, devices.
• Prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, coordinate assignments/handoffs.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of start.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT).
• Vocational School Graduate.
