Internship program dates:
June 8 - August 21, 2026

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in bioengineering

Provide quality support for the QA Compliance Team.

• Document scanning and archival
• Route documents for approval in the Veeva Quality Management System
• Logbook and protocol issuance and verification
• Generate metrics
• PowerPoint creation
• Generate meeting minutes
• Periodic review tracking
• Assist with training curriculum verification
• Support in creating complaint intake procedure
• Support regulatory inspection preparation for the site
• Undertake any other duties as required

Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time

Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
