• Palletizing, count and place egg flats on fiber. Pack eggs for each breed source on delivery pallets according to load sheets.
• Load and unload palletized eggs and supplies utilizing mechanical or power pallet jacks.
• Prepare egg supplies-build clean SST supplies or flats and baskets for contract haulers for re-supply of contract growers' facilities.

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach above head.
• Ability to move 4000lb pallets via mechanical pallet jacks
• Basic math skills- necessary for palletizing operations.
• Ability to meet company productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to meet company pallet jack certification requirements.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to include overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to show up to work daily as scheduled and be on time to perform the duties of the position. Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete floors.
