Job DescriptionThe Neuroscience Program at Hope College seeks applicants for a one-year visiting assistant professor position in neuroscience beginning by Fall 2026. Primary teaching responsibilities are in Introduction to Neuroscience (and associated labs) and Functional Neuroanatomy (and associated labs), with the possibility of another course in the applicant's area of specialty. The expected teaching load is four lecture and/or lab courses per semester.

QualificationsApplicants must hold at least a master’s degree in an appropriate field related to neuroscience courses. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to Hope’s mission, Christian faith, liberal arts, and inclusive excellence, and describe how these commitments shape their teaching, scholarship, and mentorship.
