Assistant Manager - Credit

Join Rent‑A‑Center as an Assistant Manager – Credit and help customers access high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will hit the ground running in a fast‑paced retail environment while keeping a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Hourly Rate: $15.30 – $18.00 per hour
Full‑time position with consistent schedule and weekly pay.

Responsibilities
  • Credit and Collections:
    Communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to drive growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service:
    Deliver “white glove” experiences in-store and in‑home with a servant’s heart.
  • Deliveries & Pickups:
    Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
  • Merchandising:
    Maintain an inviting store with organized product, cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of retail, customer‑service, sales or collections experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record – company vehicle use required.
  • Physical ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
