UNC Health Family Medicine at Gray’s Creek seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a team-based primary care practice composed of two well-established physicians and an FNP-C. The role offers protected time for patient care and administrative work, mentorship, and an excellent work‑life balance with Monday‑Thursday 8:00am‑5:00pm, Friday 8:00am‑12:00pm, holidays off, and no call responsibility.

Education Requirements: Completion of an accredited graduate‑level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in North Carolina or eligible. Board certification if required by the department.

Professional Experience Requirements: Advanced Practice Provider experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.
