• The Speech Pathologist will treat clients with speech or language disorders, formulate individualized treatment programs, keep appropriate records, and inform agency and parents about students  progress.

• Provides services to clients according to treatment plan, evaluates, and maintains records of clients  progress.
• Reports progress to parents. Suggests activities parents can do with their child to assist and supplement the student s speech therapy program. Addresses questions and concerns they may have about it.
• Repeats evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
• Meets with team to review and discuss evaluation of clients  skills as demonstrated in sessions.
• Keeps current with professional literature and attends seminars on a regular basis to maintain and update professional skills.

• NJ Speech and Language Pathology license.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
