$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Assist members with loading vehicles, meeting cart and parking lot needs, and ensuring a quick, accurate checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member‑ready parking area; sweep and inspect for safety hazards.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and promote club products and services.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask while keeping member satisfaction paramount.
• Support club pick‑up orders by notifying members of delays, out‑of‑stock items, and alternative options.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
