We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing tools and equipment specifically for the mining industry. This role requires a deep understanding of mining operations and the ability to produce durable, high-performance tools that can withstand the harsh conditions of mining environments.

• Design, develop, and manufacture tools and equipment tailored to the specific needs of the mining industry.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create innovative solutions for mining applications.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards of manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the manufacturing process or final products.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized tool solutions.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in tool manufacturing and mining technology.

• Proven experience in tool manufacturing, with a focus on the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and the tools required for various mining applications.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and quality in manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool manufacturing, particularly in the mining industry.
• Certifications related to tool manufacturing or mining equipment are a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
