Title: Member Services Representative

As a Member Services Representative you will be a high‑energy, positive member of the team who provides members with an unprecedented experience and encourages them to achieve their fitness goals. You will create “raving fans” by delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming members, and ensuring a clean, judgment‑free environment.

• Ensure the club is super clean and meets members’ expectations for cleanliness.
• Identify and welcome new members; present club benefits including Black Card amenities.
• Assist with member check‑ins at the welcome desk, providing greetings and farewells.
• Conduct energetic, non‑high‑pressure tours and assist with member enrollment.
• Lead by example; be passionate, fun, and invite members to join the fitness community.
• Work a flexible schedule, covering all hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling hazardous chemicals as needed.

• Minimum age 18 years (birthdate confirmed).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong passion for helping others and building relationships.
• On‑time dependability; you know people count on you.
• Physical ability to lift, push or pull at least 50 lbs and perform the physical tasks listed in the Physical Demands section.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of standing, walking, bending, and handling hazardous chemicals.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching as required.
