Een zorginstelling in Friesland zoekt een administratief medewerker voor Zorgbemiddeling in Hoorn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiering van jeugd en communiceert met zorgaanbieders. We zoeken een zelfstandige, flexibele en klantvriendelijke collega met MBO-niveau. Je werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met woensdag, met een aanbod van aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
