Quality Assistant – Electrical EngineeringHook, Hampshire (Office-Based)Up to £35,000 DOEEarly Finish Every Friday (3PM) Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded electrical engineering company as a Quality Assistant, playing a key role in maintaining and improving their ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineering and operational teams, contributing to a culture where quality is embedded in everything they do.The Role As Quality Assistant, you will:
* Support and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001
* Assist with internal, supplier & external audits
* Track and close non-conformances
* Monitor supplier performance & manage corrective actions
* Drive continuous improvement through KPIs & reporting
* Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
* Ensure ERP & quality documentation complianceWhat We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems
• Background in manufacturing, electrical, or engineering
• Practical ISO 9001 experience (ISO 14001 beneficial)
• Strong understanding of corrective actions & supplier quality
• Confident communicator across teams & suppliers
• Detail-focused, proactive, improvement-driven mindsetWhy Apply:
