This is a hands‑on and strategic role, responsible for developing and executing marketing processes from the ground up. You will focus on lead generation, content creation, digital engagement, and sales support, while building scalable marketing systems that align with commercial goals.

The position also offers scope for professional development through strategic projects such as international market research, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to deliver qualified B2B leads
• Create technical marketing content including case studies, articles, and Linked In posts
• Manage the company’s Linked In presence and digital marketing activities
• Support the global sales network with marketing collateral and data‑driven insights
• Coordinate trade show participation, including lead capture and post‑event follow‑up
• Maintain CRM data integrity and report on marketing performance metrics
• Contribute to strategic marketing projects that enhance brand visibility and market understanding

• 3–5 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within technical or industrial markets
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
• Experienced in using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
• Results‑oriented with a focus on lead generation and measurable outcomes
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the confidence to build systems and processes independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency
