About the role

As Bodyshop Manager
, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership of our Production Workshop in Hook. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high‑quality working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive productivity and team performance
  • Lead by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
  • Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support, guide, and develop your team to achieve excellence
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
  • Ensure the workshop remains well‑organised, compliant, and customer‑focused
Skills and experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
  • A customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
