• Proven success in leading a business within a global, engineered product environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with substantial profit and loss accountability.
• Experience in equipment service business development and management.
• International exposure and multi‑region responsibility.
• A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; an MBA is highly desirable.
