You will provide financial analysis and support to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The FP&A team are responsible for leading the forecast and budgeting process, as well as business partnering with key stakeholders across all departments to help facilitate decision making. We also have significant interaction with other group companies and our group finance team. Responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and interrogating, often complex, financial data
• Working with our decision intelligence team and key stakeholders to develop insightful financial reporting
• Identifying and highlighting trends
• Review processes and recommendations for improvements
• Supporting on the team with preparing monthly departmental review files
• Preparing and sending out key daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders across the business
• Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function

• Studying towards becoming a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with a strong academic background
• Demonstrate experience in analysing large data sets
• Experience with Power
  
  BI is a plus
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop key stakeholder relationships
• Well-organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion whilst working under pressure to meet deadline
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate financial information to people from both finance and non-finance backgrounds
