Enterprise Data Architecture Consultant

Dataleaps is looking for a ZZP Contractor Consultant to support one of our key clients —one of the largest telecom companies in the Netherlands— in shaping and accelerating a data-driven transformation.

This role is hybrid
, requiring you to work 2 to 3 times per week onsite at the client’s office.

• Translate business strategy intoprinciples, roadmaps, and executable architecture actions
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate architecture vision clearly to business and technology leaders
• Provide enterprise architecture leadership, aligning strategic initiatives with transformation goals
• Design architectures that enable digital value creation, including readiness for GenAI technologies
• Accelerate a data-centric, composable company transition using principles of:
  • Data Mesh
  • AI Enablement
  • Decision Intelligence
• Embed and guide data governance & management processes (PPOGAT), including:
  • Accountability
  • Metadata management
  • Data lifecycle alignment
  • Data product and data application definitions
  • Automated “Computational Governance”

To be considered, candidates must meet ALL the following:

• Registered as a ZZP contractor in the Netherlands
• Currently located in the Netherlands
• Available to start immediately, preferably before April or May
• Able to work hybrid, onsite 2–3 days per week
• Strong communication skills in English
• Dutch is preferred
