Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is preparing for its grand opening, and we’re looking for a passionate and hands‑on  Demi Chef de Partie  to help us launch a culinary experience that sets the bar from day one. With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event styling rooms, and the energy of a brand-new operation, this is your chance to showcase your skills, inspire others, and be part of something exceptional.

What you’ll do
As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with the Chef de Partie to support the smooth running of your section, whether that’s starters, mains or desserts. You’ll assist in preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, ensuring every plate meets the expectations of both the kitchen team and our guests.

Your role includes maintaining your mise‑en‑place, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and learning the techniques and workflow that keep a busy service running efficiently. With a hands‑on approach, you’ll develop your skills while contributing to the team’s success whether by helping during peak moments, assisting in training junior team members, or bringing fresh ideas to the table. This is a role where you can grow your culinary expertise while playing an essential part in creating memorable dining experiences.

What we’re looking for

+ 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotel chains (big organisation is preferred)

A creative and detail‑oriented affinity towards cooking

Specific knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

A team player with strong communication skills and a hands‑on mentality

Flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure for sure!

Responsible for independently managing one assigned section in the kitchen (such as hot, cold, or pastry), ensuring the quality, presentation, and timely preparation of all dishes within that section.

Assist the Chef de Parti by guiding and mentoring our junior chefs in mastering their craft

Good command of English or Dutch
