Job Description  Are you a service-oriented, positive, and enthusiastic chef looking for a job in a fun hotel where you are valued for who you are and where you can truly contribute ideas on how we do things? Then you are looking for us, and we are looking for you!
As a Chef de Partie within Team NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport), you ensure every day that our guests enjoy a unique and positive guest experience. At NASA, it’s all about people doing what they are good at, in their own way. What matters most to us is that you can be yourself and feel at home, because only then will you be able to serve our guests with genuine enthusiasm.

There is plenty to do for a Chef de Partie hin the F&B department of our hotel, the day starts with breakfast for between 200 and 500 guests. Lunch service consists of a mix of à la carte business lunches and a lunch buffet for guests attending meetings in our 17 conference rooms. When the weather is nice, we open our sunny terrace with 80 seats and great lounge beats.

In the evening, we serve an average of 100 covers per night, and the bar is almost always lively and buzzing. In short, there is more than enough going on at NASA—and if you enjoy variety, you will certainly never be bored.
Qualifications   Who are you?
Enthusiastic and service-oriented
Someone who loves great food and drinks, mixed with a good dose of humour and sociability
A true team player
You have a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in both Dutch and English
You are unique and creative
Flexibility in working days is not a problem for you as an Independent Working Chef / Chef de Partie

Salary in accordance with the Dutch Hospitality Collective Labour Agreement (Horeca CAO)
