QC Laboratory Analyst – Microbiology

Role Description
As a QC Microbiology Analyst, you support quality control activities in a GMP-regulated environment by performing microbiological testing and environmental monitoring to ensure product quality and patient safety. You work as part of a collaborative QC Microbiology team and report to a Team Lead.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleanroom environmental monitoring.
- Conduct microbiological testing (Endotoxin, Sterility, Bioburden, plate reading).
- Record, review, and trend microbiological data.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and work spaces.
- Support QC projects and daily operations.

Requirements
- MLO Level 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology (preferred).
- 0–4 years of microbiology or environmental monitoring experience.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, cleanroom operations, and GMP.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift schedule.
