Position Summary
As Site Manager – Technical Operations, you will be responsible for the daily operational performance of the Hoofddorp service and engineering site. In this key leadership role, you oversee the technical teams, ensure efficient project execution, safeguard profitability, and act as the central contact for suppliers, partners, and customers. You combine strong engineering knowledge with pragmatic people leadership, balancing hands‑on operational management with strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams (workshop, service, and engineering).

Ensure execution quality, planning efficiency, and profitable project delivery (P&L accountability).

Manage supplier and customer relationships, including contract negotiations.

Supervise operational processes in accordance with QHSE standards (quality, health, safety, environment).

Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

Serve as the company’s operational face to clients and partners in the region.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Management to align technical execution with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (HBO/WO level).

Proven experience in operations, technical management, or site leadership within industrial, marine, or energy environments.

Strong understanding of workshop processes, project profitability, and quality assurance.

Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Technically minded, people‑oriented, and commercially aware.

EU work authorization required.
