Een toonaangevende onderneming in elektrische fietsen zoekt een customer service agent in Hoofddorp voor een tijdelijke functie van 6 tot 9 maanden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor dealers, zorgt voor efficiënte afhandeling van vragen en ondersteunt met administratieve processen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2850 en €3250 bruto per maand. Je werkt in een inspirerende omgeving met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en krijgt onder andere een eigen e-bike in bruikleen.
Vereist zijn onder andere ervaring in klantenservice en uitstekende taalvaardigheden.
