Job responsibilities

• Docking and management of NSC market design requirements.
• Design support and review for NSC marketing activities and promotional materials.
• Design and development of Pan-European marketing assets.
• Design and review of social media operation content.
• Formulation of design standards, design support and management for store MOT materials.
• Execution and implementation of product advertising and promotional material design projects.
• Development and management of design - related suppliers.
• Other work arrangements required for business development.

• Bachelor degree or above, graphic design, visual communication design and other related majors are preferred.
• 5+ years of graphic design work experience, experience in serving the European market or engaging in internationalized project design is preferred.
• Familiar with the culture and language characteristics of different European countries as well as the trend of design styles, able to skillfully use design tools to deal with the design challenges brought by cultural differences.
• Have a wealth of experience in product marketing promotional materials design, able to independently complete the whole process from creative conception to the actual production of the work.
• Proficient in Adobe series design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., with solid graphic design, layout, color matching ability, able to use the software to achieve high-quality design results.
• Familiar with all kinds of printing production process and printing process, according to the design needs to choose the appropriate production process and material, effective control of production costs, while ensuring the quality of material production.
• With excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to work with cross-departmental teams and external partners to promote design projects.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good time management and project management skills, able to handle multiple design tasks at the same time in a fast-paced work environment.
• Fluent Chinese and English, able to communicate with European teams and partners without obstacles.
