• Welcome and greet customers with a smile and provide them with answers to their questions
• Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
• Help customers locate items to find the produce they need, and provide recommendations
• Help lead and motivate the produce department team
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and motivate team members
• Order, stock and rotate fresh fruit and vegetables
• Ensure all produce is fresh and safe to eat
• Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
• Follow all health regulations and safety standards
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for up to the entire duration of your shift.
