Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking an exciting opportunity in Hood River, Oregon? We have an excellent 13-week assignment available for an LPN to join our team on the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
