Resident Services Assistant at Providence Down Manor
- On-Call, Variable Schedule is part of the Sunshine Club
- Adult Services. The Participant Support Aide assists with planning, organizing and implementing program‑sponsored activity programs for the participants of Providence Senior Village‑Sunshine Club. The aide ensures the program operates within guidelines from the Department of Human Services Senior and People with Disabilities Chapter 411 Division 66 and is responsible for assessment, service plan, documentation and participant care in the program.
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire
- 2 years of experience working with Dementia Care or Memory Care
- Experience planning care for individuals with communication and coordination with care providers and family members
- CNA experience
- Companionship, housekeeping and meal prep experience in a home setting
