Kelly Services is Hiring:
Warehouse Associate 1 (Honolulu 96817)

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime hours are common)

Location: Honolulu, HI 96817

Requirements: Background check and drug test required

Kelly Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our customer's team as a Warehouse Associate 1 in Honolulu. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the warehouse, focusing on tasks such as receiving, stocking, assembling, staging, loading, and unloading a variety of products. If you’re reliable, physically strong, and eager to grow your skills, we want to connect with you!

• Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Stage finished products for loading and delivery
• Verify purchase orders/work orders and ensure accuracy of assembled products
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in inventory counts
• Load/unload products to and from trucks and containers; organize stock in designated areas
• Perform quality control, ensuring no damaged items are shipped or stored
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pallet jacks and other equipment
• Train new employees on the job as needed
• Prepare customer orders for delivery
• Support other warehouse departments as needed
• Follow all safety regulations and warehouse procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints
• Knowledge of warehouse principles and procedures
• Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and handle strenuous physical activity
• Proficient with material handling equipment (pallet jacks, etc.)
• Capable of working in refrigerated (Cooler/Freezer) areas as needed
• Able to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Physically agile, dexterous, and comfortable with heights and variable climates
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willing to work extended hours and maintain a positive attitude

• Warehouse environment, including refrigerated sections
• Use of safety equipment such as steel-toed boots is required
• Standard 40-hour workweek, with potential for additional hours based on business needs
